About the Bay Delta Education Series
The East Bay Leadership Council's Water Task Force is pleased to announce an educational series that is focused on the two-part flow setting process being implemented by the State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) for the San Francisco Bay Delta. The goal of this series is to educate our members on this important process and stakeholder perspectives. We encourage attendance and interaction with the speakers who are playing very important roles in the process. According to the SWRCB website Fact Sheet “The two Bay-Delta Plan updates are part of a delicate balancing act – addressing an ecological crisis in the watershed and preventing further collapse of Bay-Delta fisheries while acknowledging the other vital water uses for millions of Californians.”
