Please join EBLC's Infrastructure Task Force for a presentation from BART on Transit Oriented Development. This presentation will offer an inside look at how BART is advancing projects that promote sustainable growth, enhance housing opportunities near transit, and strengthen regional connectivity. Participants will learn about BART?s development strategy, upcoming projects, and how these initiatives align with broader economic development and climate goals across the East Bay.
This is a valuable opportunity to engage directly with BART leadership, ask questions, and better understand how transit investments are shaping the future of our communities.
The presentation will last approximately 30 minutes ? 15 minutes for BART representatives to present and an additional 15 minutes for audience to ask questions and engage with the BART representatives.
The remainder of the meeting will include a brief update on EBLC?s legislative advocacy efforts impacting housing and transportation.
