Join the East Bay Leadership Council and Diablo magazine at the 2025 Threads of Hope awards to recognize community heroes at this empowering event. Presented this year by Kaiser Permanente and Wells Fargo, the Threads of Hope awards celebrate individuals who make our community a better place through volunteerism and philanthropy. We're excited to honor 5 changemakers and invite you to join us as we share their inspiring stories.
