Join the East Bay Leadership Council and Diablo magazine at the 2024 Threads of Hope awards to recognize community heroes and celebrate the 30th anniversary of this empowering event. Presented this year by Kaiser Permanente and Wells Fargo, the Threads of Hope awards celebrate individuals who make our community a better place through volunteerism and philanthropy. We're excited to honor 5 changemakers and invite you to join us as we share their inspiring stories.
